Oil prices fell more than US$1 as markets awaited new US sanctions on Iran, while Tehran said the measures would fail and called for respectful talks.

Thailand has kept retail fuel prices unchanged after the Oil Fuel Fund reduced diesel and gasohol subsidies and raised the petrol contribution.
